A Women’s Nature-Based Mindfulness Retreat

Join us for a golden afternoon on the magical Santa Cruz coast as we celebrate the turn of Summer into Autumn during this special women’s nature-based mindfulness retreat!

🌊 Sunday, September 26th

💙 2-5pm

🌊 $45-85, sliding scale. NOTAFLOF

💙 on the BEACH in Santa Cruz!

Using Mother Nature as our touchstone,
together we will:

🌿 Practice deep seeing and listening
💚 Cultivate awareness, attention, calm, and connection
🌿 Gather and share in community and sisterhood
💚 Participate in circle council
🌿 Make place-based art with found objects on the beach

We will be gathering on traditional Ohlone territory, and will strive to recognize and honor the original inhabitants of this land, and their regenerative land use practices that continued for millennia prior to the disruption of European colonization and settlement.

**To insure an intimate experience and help facilitate genuine presence and authentic connection for all those participating, space is limited.**
